We hear this continual false claim that Trump “lies”  multiple times each and every day. Of course, the people keeping “score” are the hard-left leaning websites set up to fool everyone with cool-sounding names like “Politifact” and “FactCheck”….but each is a monitoring service from a far left publication.

But what is the truth?

Let’s break it down to something really, really simple. Let’s look at what claims Barack Obama ran on in 2008/2012 and what Donald Trump ran on in 2016. Here are the big issues:

IMMIGRATION – Barack Obama promised the Hispanic community that upon being elected, his first order of business was to pass comprehensive immigration reform. Despite the fact Obama had super-majorities in both the Senate and the House, he did not a thing to move any immigration reform. Trump promised he would build the wall and tighten up security on the border. While the wall is not built – yet – ICE has increased deportations and the border has been tightened with additional judges added to deport more persons crossing illegally. SCORECARD – OBAMA LIE, TRUMP – INCOMPLETE WHILE WE AWAIT THE WALL ISSUE TO BE RESOLVED.

HEALTHCARE – Obama promised during the campaign that he would not support Government health-care. Socialized medicine would never happen during his Presidency, said Obama. Upon entering office, after passing the wasteful and useless “stimulus” bill, Obama thrust himself headlong into passing socialized medicine. Trump said he would dump “Obamacare” and was short-circuited by his own party. Yet, with the repeal of the Individual Mandate, “Obamacare” is in a death spiral it will not survive. DEFICITS/TAXES – Obama railed against Bush calling his increasing the deficit by $5 Trillion to be “Unpatriotic” and “irresponsible”…and then Obama spent enough money to increase the deficit by $10Trillion dollars. Trump ran on passing tax cuts and a market-based stimulus program leading to growth that would allow us to start reducing the deficit. While the result of the tax cuts are showing great promise, the impact on the deficit is still unknown. SCORECARD – OBAMA LIE, TRUMP – INCOMPLETE BUT TRENDING TOWARD TRUTH.

MISCELLANEOUS – Let us add that Trump talked about nominating Conservative Judges, reducing regulation and getting tough on rogue regimes world-wide and even our allies if they weren’t pulling their weight (see NATO spending) while Obama talked about sensible regulations (then added more pages to the national registry than any four Presidents combined), drew red lines in the sand he then abandoned and, upon the selling of “Obamacare”, made numerous knowingly false statements about rate reductions, keeping your doctors, etc.  SCORECARD – OBAMA LIES, TRUMP – TRUTHS.

The “Truth” is a bitter fact to swallow for the left and they use their number one tactic to avoid talking about it:

“LET’S DO IT OURSELVES AND SAY THEY’RE DOING IT!”

But America is catching on, and the future is much brighter for the Republicans as we move down the road.

As most political pundits have predicted, the Democratic Party will “retake” the House of Representatives and reinstall Nancy Pelosi as Speaker. This has become a “fait accompli” in most liberal circles. But wait…it seems the tide is beginning to change and the “Blue Wave” is receeding into a barely noticeable swell.

And the reason why?

Simple. Take a look at the persons most visible to the viewing public on the Democratic side. There couldn’t be a more undesirable group than the rogues gallery of the left continually on our viewing screen.

First, we have habitual liar Adam Schiff. There is nobody – and I mean nobody – who has a more distant relationship with the truth than Congressman Schiff. It is so apparent that anyone from the Hudson River to the Sierra Mountains can watch this man speak and KNOW he isn’t telling the truth. His latest attempt to “stretch” the Russian narrative is laughable. Last year he called the President a liar when Trump claimed his campaign was being  spied on. Now, Schiff is trying to parse the difference between a spy being “embedded” or just spying from the “outside”……Really?

Second, good old Maxine Waters and her irrational rants about Donald Trump. Nothing more needs be said….”Auntie Maxine” might be ginning up support in liberal California, but it ain’t “playing in Peoria”.

Third, Eric Swallwell. This is the poster child for “I can tell he is lying”. He missed his opportunity at fame as the casting for “The Stepford Wives” didn’t include a male lead. Has anyone ever seen a more vacant, disingenuous smirk on any person in their lifetime? Again, another liberal who cements the public opinion that Democrats are just saying anything to try and destroy Trump….and not acting in THE PUBLIC’S interest.

Finally, Nancy Pelosi. Need we say more…..”Crumbs” and “MS-13” has a “spark of divinity”.  Could anybody, anywhere be more damaging to the Democratic Party than good ‘ole Nancy?

Will the Democrats take the House and pick up seats in the Senate. I say “No” as there is no doubt that the six months leading up to the mid-term elections will be carpeted from wall-to-wall with hundreds of appearances by the obviously lying “Gang of Four” listed above…….

And the American people will NOT go to the ballot box and entrust our Governance to such a motley group. No way, No How.

 

Up to today, the progressive left has mobilized their “Resistance” movement to demean and destroy Donald Trump –  in relation to domestic issues – in every way possible. They have lied, misrepresented and deceived the American public – the typical attack mode for their antics. But now, we have seen something no American – either Democrat or Republican – should accept.

With today’s all-out effort to derail the nomination of Mike Pompeo, a person with credentials second to none of any nominee ever put in front of a Senate committee, the left has shown that not even the security of Americans is out-of-bounds when it come to obtaining power.

The North Korea threat – one which Barack Obama characterized upon leaving office as the most dire issue facing Trump (after Obama had punted it down the road for eight years) – is now at a tipping point of possible resolution. For the first time ever, NK has agreed to stifle testing programs and is asking for a summit to, supposedly, denuclearize the Korean Peninsula. At this critical point in world history, the progressive left has decided to continue it’s drive to demean and delegitimize Donald Trump. No worry that this course of action may expose Americans to nuclear attack – when it comes to obtaining power, the ends justify the means….and a denuclearized Korean Peninsula realized during the Trump Administration would be a major blow to the narrative that Trump is a bumbling, racist, demented and dangerous person.

So, according to the progressive left and their “Resistance” movement, this must be stopped immediately – even if our very security has to be put in play.

For those of you who have supported this “Resistance” movement, it’s time to get off the train- the next stop is Perdition.

To see a prime example of the disinformation blame game utilized by the liberal left, we have to look no further than our western shore. As many of you might know, there was a major gas tax increase in California which, to be charitable, has rubbed a lot of people the wrong way. But we are not here to condemn the gas tax (which would be very, very easy) but to point out the corruption of the political process in good, ole’ Cali.

Here is the latest comment from the “liberal parading as a fiscal hawk” Jerry Brown regarding the gas tax: “The Republicans in Sacramento want to fix our roads,  they expect the tooth fairy to pay the $5 Billion every year.”

Well, leftist Brown forgot to mention one very important point when discussing the views of the Republican Party in California – CALIFORNIA ALREADY TAKES IN $8 BILLION A YEAR FROM CURRENT GAS TAXES!

Yes, that’s right, California takes in over $8 Billion a year from existing gas taxes – which are corruptly spent on other demanding projects like the “spiraling out of control” choo-choo train Jerry is trying to build from San Francisco to Los Angeles.

Let’s put this in terms that even liberals can understand. Your son or daughter wants to go out on a Friday night. You give them $20 for gas as the car is empty. At the end of the month, you get your credit card statement and, whoa and behold, there is a charge on that very night for gasoline. The kids pocketed the cash and stuck you with an extra bill!

Your response would be to confront the kids and ask them to explain.

Jerry Brown would tell you to shut up and pay the bill.

That, folks, is the world of LIBERALISM!
